    When will my backorder arrive?

    Backordered items are those which our suppliers are unable to predict when they will have more in stock, but as soon as they do, we will be able to ship the item to you.

    How long does my order take to ship?

    Orders are expedited and processed quickly. They are shipped out the same or next business day from when the order is received, excluding holidays.

    How long is shipping time?

    Shipping time is generally three to five business days within the United States. Two-day Priority shipping is an average of two days in the contiguous United States, three days for Hawaii and Alaska. Allow two to four weeks for shipping outside of the United States and Canada.

    How do I return an item?

    Refund/Return Policy:

    Original sales receipt must accompany returns.

    Unless otherwise stated as part of a promotional guarantee, we accept returns for exchange or refund 30 calendar days after delivery of the product. At our sole discretion after 30 calendar days, we will offer an exchange or store credit only. Items must be in "new, unaltered and unused condition". Definition of new, unaltered and unused condition is:

    without showing signs of wear or damage in any way

    within 30 calendar days of the delivery date (after 30 days no returns are allowed)

    must not be a special order or a custom order

    unless noted that it cannot be returned or has a different return  policy time period other than that 14 days noted in that item's  particular item description.

    If an item is received damaged or is incorrectly shipped by Miracle Stretch® please contact Customer Support immediately. Items that are defective and shipped by Miracle Stretch® or items that you did not order but received from us will qualify for store credit or a cash refund.

    Refunds are contingent upon inspection of item(s) once received.

    You MUST contact us at (800) 640-3725 within 30 days if you intend to return any item; you will be provided a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number which you will need to provide with your receipt and/or packing slip. Items returned AFTER 30 days and WITHOUT contacting Miracle Stretch® in advance will NOT be refunded.

    Customer is responsible for shipping costs on returned merchandise.
